I took a course a few months ago and fell in love. I just picked up my first recurve bow and can’t wait to try it on the range. And for the cost of 2 drinks on happy hour you can shoot for an hour, it’s a great spot for a date or hangout with friends.

My girlfriend and I took the intro class here. It exceeded my expectations, was a lot of fun but also informative and the instructor actually gave individual feedback throughout the class. We'll be coming back to rent a lane or to try an intermediate class!

They do require you to wear a mask But there is no high intensity movement
Correct. m Minimum age for this range is 10. However, they sometimes allow younger in one of their programs. See their FAQ page https://www.got-archery.com/faq There is a mandatort safety class for all participants. Don't worry, they keep it fun
Minimum 10 years of age is recommended for taking any classes.

$16 lane rental for 1 hour with a separate fee for equipment rental can't remember exactly but around $10 - 15.
The cost of the beginner archery class is 35$ per person and the beginner knife/axe throwing class is 45$ a person. These are the prices when you sign up beforehand online.

Once you pass the initial training and safety they have people on hand to teach you. I imagine one and one would cost you extra
