Over the years thru Prior ownership it was great. Creepy now.... Unlike what the others were saying had an interesting twist. Shortly after checking in I ran to the local market to grab some things. Shortly there after my wife called and said the creepy owner was lurking outside the cabin thinking we were both gone apparently. We had our small dog with us and had we left could have easily let out never to be seen again. I told her under no circumstances open the door. He left once he realized someone was in there. walking the property I found a skull from small dog in the pine needle ground cover. Just saying it was odd all together. Filled the hot tub 2x and drained. had to wait in between as the hot water heater was inadequate. Disinfected as well to avoid the human Egg Drop Soup that was from the prior guests no doubt. overall it was kind of gross.

My boyfriend Ernie and I stayed here for a couple nights and It was perfect. Edward was so helpful and very attentive. Thanks for the fabulous stay Edward! We love you 💜

This place is a dump. Dirty, run down, rude owner. Told us not to use toilet paper. That should sum it up for you.

If it was $50 cheaper you'd feel like you'd paid a fair price, location is great and the room is pretty spacious to be fair,the place has bags of potential but needs lots of work, carpet really stained, smelt of cigarettes,shower pretty grubby and tiny, bathroom door hanging off by the top hinge,literally a thin slither of soap and a sachet of shampoo, front door sticking,blinds don't come properly, outlets literally hanging off the wall and only one socket would hold my phone charger, I booked this room last minute whilst hiking the pct and really needed to charge my phone etc, on arriving the guy was pretty friendly and likeable to be fair,he showed me round the room and filled me in on how things worked but did mention I must put used toilet paper in the bin and not flush it,which if I was staying for a few days I wouldn't be happy with,also I wouldn't like to stay here with kids simply because of the dodgy outlets, also I paid 150usd for the room and there's not even a coffee maker or at least a kettle, I stayed in big bear last week and paid 90usd a night for a super nice room at a super nice place over the weekend, the bed was pretty comfortable though ,the place is just in desperate need of an upgrade or lower the price,I thing if I was in my home country I'd have pushed for a partial refund,the health and safe issues need addressing!
