Yes you can. It would be better to go through the ER there to be seen. Especially if you need to get some medication right away.
Well, this is a multiphase question. Were you in for 6 or more years or were you deployed to an active theatre of operations ? If yes to either of those then you need to bring whatever you have for records to your local VA ADMIN buikding,..Boston, Manchester NH, North Hampton Ma...etc.
Yes, as long as have signed up for benefits. Also, contact your your current clinic to be a traveling vet
