I worked here for 10 years in total. It used to be a good place to work. However, due to recent management changes it has quickly spiraled down. They only increased their pay rate to simply compete with other company’s rates. They make it seem like they are doing it because they care about their employees. This is a misconception. When an employer can laugh while firing you on the phone. They are very unprofessional. They cut corners to even stay afloat if you are searching for a long term career choice or even long term job oppertunity this is NOT the place to go. I feel the way they allow management to bully their operators will slowly bring them to their end. although that was bound to happen with the way they are struggling money wise. Its truly not a successful company. they desperately need a management revamp if they want to pull it through for another 10 years. thats my honest opinion.

I worked at this company for 5 years. Worked my way up and did get a decent job. No bonuses no incentive no moral boost high turn over. Operators under paid not respected it's a company that's desperate for people everyday. Management under great pressure and low paid theres always a sign out front for help not a good sign they cant keep people the people they have they dont take care of the people that have been there years get a small cup of chocolate and a weird pen. They dont know how to take care of there people. This will soon fail. There leaders and supervisors so underpaid. 13 to 2o bucks an hour. To be a leader. Not right. No wonder why people leave. There are people there for 20 plus years making 16 dollars an hour .that made them what they are. They dont care never did.
