This is not a low rating for Kloter Farm, but rather a product review of the Elran sectional, reclining couch. We are very disappointed with the comfort and wear of the material on our 1 year old couch. There is pilling on the material and we are only a family of two. The seat cushions are very uncomfortable!

FYI, Kloter Farms makes barns and outdoor furniture. I don't believe they design/produce any indoor furniture themselves. They are a retailer of high quality solid wood furniture that tends towards shaker and arts&crafts styles. As stated above, those producers are in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
I personally would call them! If you used the island as instructed,that to me would be a defect!
