Jane was great helping me make sure my new glasses fit well. Winter Haven is where my eye doctor is however since the Haines City location is closer to where I live, I either pick out or pick up my glasses here each year. The office staff is very pleasant and the location works for me.

I purchased a pair of glasses 16 months ago that I took in because they were getting foggy circles on edges that wouldn't come out. After looking at them they said the coating was splitting and there's nothing they could do, because I had them over a year. I think this is a quality issue but they didnt want to here it. The guy was very rude. Needless to say after 5 years I will not be going back. Glasses should last more than 16 months, especially for the price i paid . Lousy service..lousy product.
