There is a very rude manager at the NORWALK location. My shopping experience was totally ruined by this individual and we walked out although we were ready to purchase a $4k sectional. I tried to stay due to the pleasant sales person and finish the transaction but couldn’t. I didn’t want to bring a sectional into my home that started with bad vibes and energy. He was so quick to criticize “Bobs Furniture” saying “WE ARE NOT BOBS” and he’s right , at Bobs my family and I were treated with respect and kindness. I was disappointed at the lack of understanding and flexibility in this policy but would have still purchased had the manager communicated with me with respect. My Husband was so upset he’s going to close his $13k line of credit at R&F. Anyhow, ended up buying a beautiful sectional at West Elm , they have the best customer service and attractive policies that make the shopping experience stress-free! My advice to R&F , from someone who was a long time customer is to ensure your managers know how to properly deal & talk to customers and try to revisit your archaic policies.

Rugs can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're shipped UPS directly from the manufacturer. Deliveries are typically received within three weeks, but some could take up to six weeks.
Home decor items, which include table lamps, wall art and decor, florals, throw pillows, and all product labeled online only can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA free of charge. They're generally shipped FedEx within two business days and should arrive within 5-10 days.
