I have had 4 other companies come to my house to do an analysis and then pressure me to sign on. None of them could do all the roof surfaces needed to get us close to covering 100% of our energy use. So when contacted by PurePoint through a referral from a friend of mine, I was skeptical. The first difference that I noticed was they did everything remotely and promptly delivered a comprehensive analysis to my email. Daniel was responsive to questions, but not pushy, and allowed us to review everything and make our own decision. They WERE able to utilize all of our roof surfaces and the numbers seemed to make sense. When our project was handed over to Natalie to take care of the installation that's when things were really great! A few modifications needed to be made to the proposal to get panels on our detached garage like we planned. She took us through every step, answering every question and coming to the house to review different ideas of how it could be done. I loved her positive attitude and her belief that "anything can be accomplished, we just have to figure out how, and don't worry, we will figure it out". Well, she did. Jonathan, the electrician, and his crew came and installed everything quickly and was also very responsive. We've all had contractors that say they will show up on a certain day and we just don't hear from them, right? Jonathan came when he said he would and the one day it was raining and they couldn't get on our roof, we had a text the night before and in the morning apologizing that he couldn't work on our roof in the pouring rain and would be there the next day. True to his word he was there the next day. His whole crew was extremely polite and totally accommodating to anything we needed and desired. We've had our system running for about a week now and are very happy. Today I had a quick question. I reached out to Natalie and she immediately got back to me. This company is a class act! Great Service!
