Bad experience. Nothing to do with the mechanics as they are all knowledgeable but the customer service was awful and wasted a lot of my time going out of my way to try and support a local bike shop. Will not go back unless no other options.

Pretty good, 20 bucks to fix a flat. Sounds good and fast about 5 minutes.

This is one of the nicest and biggest bike shops I have ever been in. They carry higher end bike stuff. This is not your sporting goods store bike shop. If you want a quality bike, go here. The staff was very knowledgeable, very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

Masks covering the nose and mouth are mandatory inside the store. Hand sanitizer is available at the counters. We're doing our best to keep the number of shoppers below eight. Repairs are by appointment only in order to manage the volume and timing of drop offs. Repair bikes are to be left outside on the landing for assessment when dropped off.
If you can get it here we can probably fix it. We're not doing any home visits at this time.
I believe they service pretty much all components, but i would suggest calling when they open to confirm.
