Tried to order a generator through the site, but it won't accept my address, no working numbers to call and no replies through the website either

I would say customer service was horrible if there was any customer service at all. I have called this place at least 10 times over the past week leaving multiple messages and have yet to get a response or have someone actually answer the phone regarding my order. Looks like I’m turning it over to my bank for fraud since these folks have taken my money and have yet to provide the products ordered or given an expected delivery. Do yourself a favor and just order the filters from Amazon. At least they give an expected delivery date.

I'm beginning to feel the pain of the previous reviewer. Green Mountain you have to do better and responding to your customers - ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY"VE ALREADY PAID THEIR MONEY! I placed an order on 12/31 that was placed on backorder and promised to be mailed at the end of January 2021. I haven't heard anything and I would like to know when I can expect to receive my order?? Thank you

I was ready to purchase a generator but the website rejected 3 different commercial addresses, I left several detailed messages on the answering machine, I posted 2 messages “successfully “ and never heard back from green mountain. For a week. I purchased a generator elsewhere. Good luck
