I went into the store yesterday 11/27/2019. I went to look for a necklace to go with my birthday dress. There was a lady in a black shirt who works there in the front by the register. I asked for assistance twice but she ignored me because I guess what she was doing was more important. The necklace I wanted was in the back so I had to take the ones from the front out. When I took them off I guess they got tangled. She was very upset with me." saying why would you do that I have alot of work to do I dont have all day to untangle that then started speaking in spanish. Which I understood but she didnt know and proceeded to talk about me. Smfh. I bought my item and then left as soon as I got in my vehicle to take the chain out it broke. This was in less than 4 minutes I came right back in the store and told her. She said no refund no exchange. I said well let me speak to a manager. When the manager came she proceeded to talk about me again in Spanish and I told her I understand so she should stop. This was the worst experience by far very unprofessional and classless.
