A nice bakery that serves breads and sweet delights that one could imagine themselves in Paris. Do they still charge a tip fee rather then increasing the workers salary. Might save them money, but not the customers .

They charge for a cup of water and add fees automatically to your bill. I come here when I am in the area. I love their multigrain bread. Today had lunch, sandwich and cappuccino for me and sandwich, cappuccino, and glass of water for my wife. Later I noticed my receipt for over $40 included a 14% admin fee automatically added and they charged me $1.25 for a cup of water! Really. I usually tip 20% everywhere I go but this is a bad business model. I won’t be back. Just raise your prices.
