So this is considered our corner store now, we juat moved, and it's nice to have a Krogers near us again. I understand that with these times prices are high and materials are bare but they do try to accommodate our needs. The only problem I've had was the pharmacy not filling prescriptions in a timely manner although I've gotten text messages stating something was filled or misinformation from the techs and the way my coordination of benefits is processed with my two insurance coverages, however the pharmacist does try to resolve the issues.

Was in the area and stopped by to grab a few things. I see you have the same decrepit folks working at the Seafood counter and Yup! They are still complete trash! I'm talking for years they have had the nastiest attitudes! I'm so glad that I've moved from that area and don't have to deal with that location anymore.

I transferred my medications to Kroger from another pharmacy. Another Kroger didn’t have the medication I needed so they called this particular Kroger and asked them if they had it. It’s a 30 minute drive to get there but I was willing to go. I get about halfway there and I get a call from the initial Kroger pharmacy saying yes they have it I confirmed it with a person is supposed to just over the phone and I’ll continue heading there I know it’s close to closing hopefully can you not get there in time. I get to be about five minutes from that Kroger and they call me and tell me they don’t have the right medication. They had a different formulation from the one I needed. They then told me I needed to go to a different Kroger that closed an hour prior. I told him to go ahead and cancel two of my medications that were accidentally called in and that I had already picked up at Walgreens. And to transfer the scalp oil. They canceled the scalp oil and did not transfer anything! I woke up this morning to check on the medication status so I could go to the third Kroger to pick it up and discovered what I believe to be a malicious act by them. So now I have to wait till they open to correct you yet another one of their mistakes. The way they treated me last night was the icing on the cake that created a panic attack. Between insurance fraud and pharmacies not having what I need and pharmacies telling me they have what I need sending me over there and then not having it and the doctor sending a controlled prescription to the wrong pharmacy (Controlled prescriptions cannot be transferred and it was after 5pm on a Friday)… Now I have to spend more of my time fixing yet another pharmacy mistake And I still don’t have my medication.

Great selection of items and properly staffed. Wish other chains would understand these basic principles and focus their business around a great customer experience like Kroger. Its my favorite grocery store!
