It's a nice store. Little smaller selection. Biggest problem.... No cashier's... At all. No registers even open except self check out that was backed up with like 5 minute. That's sad.

I received some very unprofessional customer service we could have ever received at self check out. When I asked about a product the attended had no idea told me I should check another isle after I had already scanned all my items I had my son with me he wanted know why that associate was so rude to me sad when an 8 year old knows when another adult is being rude, then the associate suggested he could asked grocery if there was any in the back and I said sure then he replied Well do you want me to ask grocery or not … then he told me I was in his way to help… I was beyond upset. And then to hear another associate yell out we are just so short handed …. That’s no excuse to treat customers like we are bother when we are all coming for jobs that are short handed… I WILL not be returning back that Kroger needless to say they were out of the whole reason why I came to the store.

Store is always clean and well stocked! Most employees are super nice friendly and sweet. However, some of them do not know how to drive the order pick up carts. One employee almost hit my daughter and I trying to rush around a corner down an aisle. I told her “oh excuse me” and she rolled her eyes and kept going. So I told her well you could have waited for me to round the corner first. I’m sorry but in store shoppers deserve just as much respect as order and go shoppers do.

The staff here are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful folks. However, the store itself leaves a ton to be desired. They constantly run out of absolutely basic things like onions and peppers. I’d blame it on the whole supply chain thing except the shortages are way more acute at this store than at any other Kroger I’ve been to, let alone other grocery stores. Whoever is in charge of purchasing and stocking here is asleep at the wheel, as this issue has been going on for months now. Would go to another grocery in a heartbeat if there was one just as close that offered curbside pickup. Speaking of which, y’all really need to upgrade to paper bags with handles, not the handleless bags.
