Perfect example today of why I don't shop Home Depot. Ordered an ice maker as they were the only place to have one in stock. Selected installation and even received confirmation emails on how to prepare for installation of our new appliance. Instead of installing, dropped and left. I guess we'll figure out how to install it ourselves.

Delivered the supplies we needed and put it in the backyard so we didn't have to transport it very far. We used the materials to build a shed and we were able to get it delivered the next day. Love this Home Depot. The associates are always helpful and kind.

Big shoot out to one of their representatives, I believe her name was Clara, coatings department. Even though I arrived close to the closing time she was committed to helping me with the same energy as she probably started her shift, also very courteous and friendly. We went through several steps to find the right solution for me and she patiently and diligently worked until I had what I needed. Thank you Clara for your kind assistance.

I was prepared to buy and metric wrench, a nail gun and a portable circular hand saw. I couldn't even navigate down the aisles. One was blocked by a flat-bed dolly and couldn't even turn to the next aisle because of the scaffold dolly. Oh and yes there were two employees (male and female - (18 to 20 yrs) on the other aisle with another dolly) doing inventory. I doubt either would've been able answer my psi requirements for the nail gun..... I was there 15 minutes... Enough time to notice me. Off to Ace Hardware to spend my money. Your online service is great but I had some important questions and don't have time to search for someone.
