Just disappointed in the management at this store. I was in there yesterday with a friend of mine who had $20 in kohls cash but it wasn't showing up on her card. The lady at the service desk called the manager to come up and speak to us. The manager, over her radio, told the associate there was nothing she could do to help us, which is fine, but you cant come up to the front and even talk to us? I just find that to be very poor management and as a Manager by profession, if a customer needs something, whether I can help or not help, I still come and speak with them. My friend did end up finding her $20 in kohls cash when she got home, and the service associate said she could come back in with it and the receipt and they would take care of it, but im very disappointed that the manager of the store couldn't even come and speak to us about an issue we were having, shame on them.

I was in Kohl's to shop at Sephora bought some Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume trios and a Lychee Lichi lip balm very satisfied with my perchance and the staff of workers very helpful and nice!
