If the 'owner' is going to comment, to say how sorry they are- No! Save it! It's only 11:30pm, where as Google says you're open til 3am... Don't tell me you are closed, and asking if my order is from DoorDash, for you to make an order. You are clearly inside, you are clearly clocked in and riding the clock. If you decide on your own time when you are closed, then update your hours.

11:30pm I'm starving. At the window they ask if I'm picking up for door dash or (some other delivery service I can't recall the name) and I say no. The guy says "sorry ma'am we're only doing door dash and so and so. I asked, are you closed? A lady cuts the guy off and says ma'am we're only doing door dash and so and so thank you. Click. Done. No explanation. I go to the web and see they are SUPPOSED TO BE open till 3am.

Their hours are Ridiculous! It says online they are open until 3 am and on door dash they say it's open until 2am. I called and got the excuse that because people don't show up they keep all sorts of hours. I understand being short handed but it's a business. And they should of declined my door dash order if they are closed.

Asked for extra sauce on cluck deluxe and gave me 7 taco sauces for my 10 tacos I ordered asked for more money for extra sauce including 50 cents per ranch we called and an African American women answered told her my complaints she was very rude throughout she said do u have your food do u have a receipt I did she said then what do u want me to do about it and I said nothing I’d like your corporate number and she said we’re a franchise then I asked for a genre manager or owners number and she refused I’m never going back there again total waste of 30$ my tacos came with dry lettuce and she tried to tell me it’s welted from the fryer and it’s also cold and stale worst experience ever never go to this jack in the box
