This is my fourth year living here. I love it, my neighbors are great. The management are great. Maintenance is quick and reliable. No busted pipes or power outage during freeze(s). But please, we need real landscaping. All they do is mow; no weed and seed so the weeds are becoming an eye-sore and, invasive. Also, they mow with industrial mowers down to the dirt, so fleas have become a problem. And the dead trees from last years freeze are kindling. When someone throws a cigarette out of a car we could be up-in flames.

I went to the apt complex today to view the complex and receive information for a 2 bedroom apartments. The website shows that they are open on Saturdays from 10-5. Yet no one was at the office today. I called and received their voicemail. The hours on the voicemail did not include Saturday hours. I think it would be wise to update your website to show that you guys are closed on Saturday's.

Being here since March and I'm very satisfied with my apartment! Size is great and the rent prices are even better. I do wish we could get assigned parking spots and have the gate closed at all times, but the neighborhood is very safe! Highly recommend this new complex.

We moved in June 1st. We had a pleasant experience with the staff and the qualification process. They were very professional and quite helpful. Our agent was Jamie. Looking forward to having a wonderful living experience here. Oh, the apartments are huge! We're in a 1 bedroom disable accessible unit and it's even huge. I thought it would be a bit smaller than the model we saw but it is the exact same size!

No the rent is much more expensive it is 1200 but they also go on market rate which means they go by your income
This is a tax credit property which means income has to meet guidelines. There are 3 different rates based on your income. Give them a call, although I believe we are 100% occupied. They may have a waiting list as it is almost time for everyone's income eval and lease renewal.
The 2b2b is around the 900’s
Probably not as they are a tax credit property. However, to be sure, you should call them.
