Extremely poor service and attitude from someone named Jose (wouldn't give last name) at the Issaquah (WA) Walgreens pharmacy. Acted very impatiently and unprofessionally. I know staffing is an issue during the pandemic, but you don't hire someone like this unless you flat-out don't know how to interview and hire qualified people. A generous 1 star.

This place (pharmacy) is the worst. Consistently the worst. I'm sure it's not easy serving impatient people who are sick and waiting for their Rxs. That said this is the most apathetic group of employees I've ever encountered. If it was just once I'd chalk it up to an off day and I definitely would not be writing a Google review. But this is. All. The. Time. I use it because it's close but that's no longer a good enough reason. I will always be kind to the employees. Being mean or curt doesn't make anything better. Time to find a new pharmacy.

The lines are very long, no one picks up the phone, and they seem disorganized. To be fair they’re also completely understaffed and the staff they do have seem overwhelmed. Tonight there was literally 1 person working in the pharmacy. I suppose it’s good they’re even open, because they’re the only 24 hour pharmacy on this side of Seattle. Walgreens, send these people help! In the meantime, I think everyone needs to be a bit kinder/more patient to anyone working a customer-facing job. No one gets paid enough to deal with all these entitled jerks.

I work at a local veterinary hospital - I was put on hold on 2/16/22 and spent 45 min on hold to get a client's prescription called in - and someone picked up the phone, asked why I was calling - very unprofessionally. I advised them who I was, that I was calling for a hospital and needed to speak with the pharmacy. I was told - "that is so weird" - and I advised to that person I needed to be placed back on hold and if after 45 minutes that individual had purposely messed me up on hold, I would be very upset. I was then placed back on hold - and it was not with the pharmacy. This regardless of staffing (everyone is short staffed) is an example of extremely poor customer service and a complete disregard for professionalism and a lack of care for their customer health and well being needs. If they cannot be trusted with a beloved DOG'S medication refills, they should never be trusted with a human's.

No
Yes it should be no problem as long as it has the normal prescription ID numbers. The RxBin and Rx group.
The pharmacy here is open 24 hrs
