It’s a wannabe Apple store. Visited it three times in one afternoon - After waiting the first couple of times, I did receive a call when driving back and I explained I was driving and I could call back in 5mins. The employee’s response was “I help you now or I move on to the next customer”. While I was finally acknowledged on the third visit, I was offered an appointment 48 hours later. Is business so good that you can’t help people sooner? And you have no flexibility when you call people who are driving? Either way, done with Verizon. Like the coverage area but this customer service is the absolute worst.

Terrible customer service. They messed up all my orders. Even assigned me to a wrong account. I hope they credit the account that was charged in error. No way to know though. Cost me three trips to their store and 6 hours overall. Not happy at all.

Yes! They have both bill payment kiosk s and sales people to accept bill payments
They should have a record of your purchase but may direct you to the manufacturer to get the warranty replacement
