This Supercuts franchise had an employee at their salon for approximately two years who was overcharging their clients and it went unnoticed. I was one of the clients who was overcharged (more than $50+ per service) for a service and was unaware of the issue until the receptionist mentioned something along those lines that I had been "overpaying". When I called a few days later and spoke to a manager, she did state that I was being overcharged but only could offer a "sincere apology" for the multiple events to occur and that the employee has since been fired. I will not go to this Supercuts location or their associated franchises in the future.
