POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE FOR SURE, just rushed me right off and wouldn’t transfer me to another department, said she was to busy at the time. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Oh well. That’s just crazy hmm maybe not but not right I think I should’ve been transferred to another department. 🤦🏻‍♂️ 😊

I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff were. They are a dog friendly store and the manager gave our pup puppy treats as we entered the store and even gave me a free 5 pound bag of food for our puppy to try. She then gave me a guided tour of the puppy aisle suggesting things that I might want to get for her in the future as she grows. A great experience!

Such a great store with incredible prices. They have unique gifts and decor. They have everything you need for animals. We make it a family trip. My kids love seeing the chicks and ducklings.
