Purchased a TV only to get home and find that the display was defective. No way to call the store as Best buy uses call centers for customer interaction instead of in store support. Pretty much told I need to wait a week before they can replace and refund the TV unless I want to bring it to the store myself... Haven't made a big ticket purchase from best buy in about 10 years and it'll probably be just as long before I do so again.

I walked into the store I haven't been into for years and went to geek squad to get a laptop manufacturer reset and the clerk informed me that I purchased a blink security camera from their store and I'm like no I didn't I have old fashioned $25 kangaroo's monitoring my front and back door and she then looked in the front and said that I bought them from Amazon and then she said I bought them from their store in Texas mind you I'm in Massachusetts I throw down my ID and now her Superior is looking into it they told us it could you know take a walk and we did we came back nobody was around but a new clerk and I picked up the tablet no no about how my information is now in Texas someone ordered a two patch twins two pack blank mini cameras for there for themselves under my name with my phone number sounds sketchy but don't disappointed that they didn't inform me of what happened or the transpired by them looking into it.

I was at Best Buy to bring my Roomba in for service, which ended up being an exchange. Worked with their Geek Squad folks to evaluate and, ultimately, replace it. There was a fair amount of paperwork, but everyone was very helpful and polite. For something breakable like a robot vacuum, especially if you have several shedding dogs that will foul the robot, I strongly recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad.

They do price match with reputable companies....can't be a random unknown company/website....for example if you find the exact same item at Walmart or Amazon, or target, etc they will honor the price

I would call them before going. They usually do. Christmas especially 2 day before you may end up ordering. If they do have, then they may hold one for you.
