This is not my local branch, however last friday I stopped by to cash and deposit my payroll check like a usually do every single friday for the last several years. The ladies at the teller could not process my request successfully augmenting "they did not have a relationship with me". I am very frustrated about the service I received from these two tellers they did not even bother to consult it with a branch manager. I explained them I gave them all the details they could possibly need in order to fulfill my request and still did not do anything. Wells Fargo please train your personal I am a long time costumer please take care of your customer service.

As a Google Local guide and reviewer, I try very hard to focus on the positive places and businesses in and around the area. I’d rather share the positives than highlight the negatives. However, based on recent experiences, I feel compelled to prevent someone else from having a bad experience from doing business with this branch manager and location. I’m a 25+ year Wells Fargo customer, with multiple accounts, and have been in many branch offices over the years. By far, the branch manager at this location displays the most lackadaisical, lacking of empathy, smug, condescending, lack of customer service approach to his job that I’ve ever had the displeasure of seeing or experiencing. The absolute worst. His inability to provide even a modicum of effort or proactive customer support does the entire bank a disservice, and actually serves to negate the hard work and service the majority of his branch team works to provide. Speaking with the corporate Customer Advocacy group today, I found out that I’m not the only one that feels this way. Such. A. Shame. After twenty-five years of being a loyal Wells Fargo customer, the likelihood of moving my business and personal financial needs to the bank next door has never been higher, and I’d bet a dollar right now that the branch manager won’t even care. He is the epitome of what is wrong with big banks today. Nice job, Al.

Hello, I want to share my experience with Wells Fargo Bank in Roanoke Texas. I have been banking with Wells for over 8 years and this branch is not only great, they're exceptional. Al the manager of the bank has been constant in delivering EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He should be considered for promotion end of story, or a good raise! The staff that comes and goes changes through the years but they all have the same great attitude in making sure the customer is taken care of and that is a reflection of Al, and he deserves tremendous credit. I want to recognize Jonathon who I believe is the Assistant Manager of the branch. Every time I come inside he greets me well, drive through, at the teller window, he is ready to do a great job. I definitely think he should be promoted and Wells Fargo would have a great manager on their hands. I have also received stellar service from Natalie who makes the day better by informing about different products and services of the bank. Even though I don't see Sarah that often anymore she always greets me even if she is on the other side of the building. She is great also! I recently purchased a new home in a new city that will have the loan sold to another lender, because I have experienced such quality day to day service I have told the lender sell my loan to Wells Fargo. This banking team is reliable, steady, and trustworthy. It's because of this team I have asked that my new home loan be sold to Wells Fargo again. Wells Fargo is also due credit for hiring the right people at this location to take care of the people of Roanoke Texas. It seems that you can take true and excellent customer service to the bank! LOL! Thank you again to to all the Wells Fargo team in Roanoke, you deserve the credit and raises. All the best in our coming New Year 2021!

Small business owner, who received an invitation via mail to open an account and receive a bonus offer. Since we recently relocated, it was a chore we needed to do anyway. The branch manager, seemed to not want to open my account, basically blew me off and was quite rude after he saw I had a bonus offer. Clearly he didnt want a new customer and made me feel quite unwelcome, so I left and will take my business elsewhere where smb is actually wanted.

I am not sure if they do. I visited this branch yesterday and know for sure you have to have an appt to go in. I would call.
