So today I went to the this salon and they absolutely did a terrible job on my nails they left me with cuts my fingers was bleeding and swollen they didn’t fully paint my nails they messed up the shape of my nails I also did my feet and they took a chunk out of my big toe they didn’t fully paint my toes they look terrible definitely the worst nail salon ever

Never have I ever had such bad customer service. They are so unprofessional. I just move in the area. I went in to get my nails done first they had a guy started my nails then he stopped and transferred me to another girl to do it. No explanations. 5 days later my nails start lifting. I went in to get them fix they say the girl that did them wasn’t there and won’t be back for a couple days and if someone else fix them they’ll charge me. I went back a couple days later she tells me it’s time to redo them anyway. They supposed to last 2-3 weeks at least. And the owner straight told me if I’m not happy then go somewhere else because they can’t fix them. IF ONLY THEY HAD ZERO STAR. Owner is rude.
