I came to this spa about 8 years ago and everything was great.. I returned just recently because I had great memories of how beautiful it was just to find that everything has deteriorated since I have been here last. Starting with the parking and driveway. The lot is uneven and has lots of broken pavers. A lot of water features on the outside of the hotel are not even in operable condition and it just feels as everything is falling apart and is in desperate need of updating and needs a major fix/renovation. I regret not chewing out the facility before booking my spa appointments as if I would have I would have not spent this much on a spa stay in a deteriorating hotel. The AC was not working at all in the bathroom, shower & locket rooms and it smelled musty in there. The lobby had no AC either and we were told that the AC works on and off but there is no AC whatsoever in the lobby which is absolutely absurd since it is south Florida and hot here 97% of the year. Needless to say everything was working just fine when I came here years ago. Prices however are not adjusted to the “falling apart” facility.

The beach access for a nearly-full moon evening was outstanding! Otherwise, this hotel was a little banged up. Chipped items throughout the room, headboard not attached properly and clanking against the wall, pretty substantial lump in the middle of the bed and the floors felt a slight bit slimy when wet. Not quite as clean as I wanted it to be. All other "garden view" rooms had chairs on the "patio" except for ours. Garden view= grass and a couple bushes then the hotel next door, about a 40ft span of distance.
