I took my son to dinner on Sunday. Curtis was our waiter. It was the worst service I have ever had. The girl running the food to our table placed the food down. Not even a hi. I asked for chicken nachos. I asked for just chicken and cheese to which Curtis responded "just chicken and cheese awesome. " The food comes, my sons Buffalo chicken barely had any sauce on them, the chicken and nachos had the bean dip on them. About 8 mins later Curtis came over asking how everything was. I told him the order was wrong. He immediately went to the kitchen. I could see and hear him tell the manager "I guess they wanted just chicken and cheese." The manager was standing entrance to the kitchen. The manager a bald man with a beard, and the girl who dropped our food off looked at the food and over towards us and laughed. Curtis shrugged and said "I just need you to fire out a new one." Where my booth was I could see the manager and Curtis at the service station and them "I don't know. I've never had it done before." My booth was about 4 away from the service station. Curtis came over and said the nachos would be right up. I asked if that was the manager he said "yes, do you want me to send him over." I told him "no". The nachos come up, the girl drops off the food. I say thank you she turns to walk away. I said " you should say you're welcome. " I can see Curtis at other tables after I received the nachos. Him, nor the manager never came to see if they were ok. Curtis came about 14 mins later. I asked for boxes and a check. I was a waitress I understand time frames. I spend a lot of money at your restaurant and usually have the same 2 waitresses who are beyond great. However this experience was horrible. To have a waiter who lives off tips not care (I still left a tip because I do frequent this location a lot) and a Manger who did not move from the entrance between the kitchen and the bar. Not one person came to see if they were done ok, if son and I needed refills. I was beyond disappointed with the visit.

Ordered food for curbside pick up said it would be ready at 8:30pm we waited in curbside for over a half hour for our order. Didn't receive it and till 9:15pm and when we did part of our order was missing. Essentially for the quality of food and time waited your better off going somewhere else. If we hadn't already paid we would have just left.

I wont fault this place for the constant carousel of change that is their menu. Great items come and go while perfectly serviceable remain en masse. Yet, the service is impeccable and the chips and salsa at the start are slap-my-face-and-ask-for-more delicious.

I must say the customer services was was good soon as I walk in. I was seated and was given a menu.. I had the triple dipper It consists of sw egg rolls buffalo bits and crisper. Everything was nice and fresh and delicious.. I was had deep eddy Lemonade the drink was nice and refreshing ..

No. But they have great Texas fries. If you really like cheese, try their white queso dip. Ooey Gooey melted cheese and spinach, great with their home made warm tortilla chips.
