Called yesterday as my husband realized he threw his last pair of contacts away and didn’t have anymore. I called our normal eye doctor practice that he has been going to for over 20 years to ask if he could just get a pair of contacts to get him through until he could get in for an appointment in next week or two, they refused. I understood the rx expired but he has been faithfully going there every year and his eye rx hasn’t changed much, they still refused. Called pearl vision as I saw they were listed with my eye insurance. The woman that answered (Pam or pat? Sorry!) was extremely nice and got us in the next morning as they had a cancellation. We lucked out! My husband went today and had a great visit. He said the doctor was thorough and the whole office was friendly. Got a pair of contacts to take home until our order comes in that I ordered online. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am now going to be switching my eye doctor when it’s time for me to go. Thanks again for saving us 🤣
