Usually we have a good experience here. Maybe our order was confusing, but for 21$ I think there should be more effort to double check it. We asked for popping boba and didn’t receive it when we tried it, and the ordering process was a bit rushed. We got jelly in the drinks too but it was so much that there was almost no juice and it was all jelly. It was busy there too which could account for a lot but I feel disappointed with the boba, especially because it was so expensive.

waited in line for so long just for terrible service. me and my sister went up to order and I asked for taro tea with tapioca pearls and they said they were out. my sister went up next and asked for the same thing and they put black pearls in hers? i told another woman that one of their coworkers said they were out of tapioca pearls but they’re literally putting them in my sisters drink right now. They said my sisters would be the last one with tapioca pearls. how would my sisters be the last with tapioca pearls if i ordered first? makes no sense and the workers would just rude as well will not be going back there wouldn’t recommend would rather go to kung fu around the corner.

Love Vivi not only because of their drinks and food, but also their staff, especially the girl named Arena. She is very nice and cute,definitely come back because of her. Highly recommend this place.
