Need more cashier's. On a busy Saturday you would think they would have more than 2 cashier's open. Definitely need improvement.

Staff members kept taking my cart away from me and put my items in the return-back-item cart at the cashier whenever I gave it my back. They did so twice in one visit to the same store. Keeping the store tidy and neat does not mean bothering customers. We are not playing hide and seek that wasted my time and caused me to go around the store twice to gather my items again with a left foot surgery. That visit to this specific store was so awful.

Average Ross location. I was greeted by security upon entering. Good for their job, I guess good for customer service as well. It was quiet on a Saturday morning. Quick trip for some dress shoes and under shirts. Really didn’t take long, selection wasn’t wildly varied. But if you have a little flexibility, I’m sure you’ll find something to work with your outfit. They also have the odd assortment of house supplies. Worth a look before spending name brand elsewhere, if you’re shopping on a budget like most do.
