This place is very clean, well maintained and built to last. The property manager/owner, Kevin, goes above and beyond makes sure that things are done properly and doesn't cut corners. He is very involved in the day to day activities, and you will see him buzzing around changing clock batteries or cleaning up a stray branch after a rain storm. He communicates what is going on in the community so you are never in the dark (for example, you will always know if there is a snow storm coming and can expect it to be cleaned up promptly). There's a lot of attention to detail in each unit which make this place feel like a clean comfortable, luxury home. In addition to the unit, the staff (Kim, Veronica, Stephanie) are extremely competent and friendly! Thank you, Grand Lofts!

Amazing place overall. I live there in 2017 and was extremely happy with my stay. The place was extremely well priced for what you get and close to Hartford so the commute wasn’t bad. Tried to go back there for my recent return to Connecticut but they had no vacancies which is probably even more proof of how amazing they are.

I love our Grand Loft unit (Springmore) - clean, modern, spacious, and gorgeous. I love that the first floor is all wood so it’s easy to upkeep. Our unit has most windows facing to the wooded area in the backyard so we feel extra private and serene. The loft windows facing west which leads in so much natural light during the day. Parking is plenty and a private garage is a great bonus. The huge basement is also a great selling point for us, making the total sq ft a whooping 2100, at such an affordable rent. Management and maintenance have been nothing but great with us so far - nothing to complain. They have been very accommodating with our lease after the first year as well. If we didn’t have to move to a different state, we would have stayed here forever honestly. The only inconvenience is that it’s pretty far from pretty much everything - the closest grocery is about 12-15mins away and restaurants nearby aren’t very good. But you win some and you lose some.

Exellent management and kind staff. After living for more than 3.6 years there are no complaints or suggestions to the management. All the service requests are addressed in a prompt manner. Move out experience is pleasant. Overall deserves much praise and appreciation, beautiful units to call it home
