Not sure why many gave poor reviews. I absolutely loved my stay at Hilton Providence. Nice and comfy beds. Good view of downtown from the room. Clean restrooms. Parking garage is available. Breakfast for $17.99. Would have been great if it is complimentary.

Upon entry to my room the smell of mildew and visual stains on the carpet greeted me! Immediately phoned the concierge and requested a room change. Coming off the elevator going to my newly assigned room, I encounter several young boys running and yelling in the hallway. No adults present, I asked them to keep it down. There was also trash in the hallway that was never cleaned for the duration of our stay. New room was better to a degree. No mildew smell, still stained carpet and 1 less pillow on the bed (weird). Bedding was old, duvet feathers were flattened and gathered in a corner of the duvet. The bed was poorly made as if someone rushed through the process. Pillows had no fluffiness or firmness..my head sunk right in leaving me with neck pain. Dusty air vent in the bathroom shower..gross!! Gym downstairs had decent equipment. There were these weird holes in the wall as if someone punched the walls. Hilton needs to renovate this Hotel!! I will NEVER stay here again. I do not recommend staying here unless it's a last resort.

The staff was very nice. But we unfortunately experienced many issues. We did not have a duvet cover on the bed, or anything heavy available; all we had was 2 sheets. The bed was very uncomfortable in general. The heat and AC in the room was not working well; so we were freezing the whole night, unfortunately. The main curtain was missing in our room as well. The revolving door was also consistently down in the front lobby. For the typical standard I’m used to as a Hilton Honors member, we were unfortunately very disappointed. I appreciate the kindness of the staff though.

Very nice lobby and restaurant, but that's where it stops. NOT up to Hilton standards. Requested a mini fridge prior to arrival and still had to ask 3 times before a piece of junk was delivered. Had perishables, so this was less than ideal. Rooms and halls were not pristine like the lobby... needs rehab. I was double charged for parking, the restaurant closed early and beware of private parking. If there is an event at the D&D Center, you will be sharing the garage with too many cars that can't read the guest only parking signs. I guess it's not enforced. Overall, not Hilton caliber. Rooms nothing better than a Super 8....in fact technologically inferior to most business class hotels. Very overpriced breakfast. You choose hot or cold... cold is what most business hotels give you for free. Hot was ridiculous for what you get. Will not be returning and still waiting for my parking refund. Oh, BTW... stayed at the Hinton Garden Inn on India St. Providence a week later. Way better in every way. Even offer a free shuttle to any downtown restaurant! Save money and have a better stay and go to the Hilton Garden Inn.

That's a question you will have to ask Hilton Vacations!
I do not believe there is a limit to the number of days you can park, however there is a daily charge of $25.
