After several attempts to find an RV dump station, I called Raintree. They have a dump station that can be used by non residents for a small fee. The woman I spoke to was very friendly and the resort itself appeared to be meticulously maintained. Will definitely visit again for either overnight stay or rv pump out.

Awesome staff. Clean. Safe. Quiet. extremely friendly neighbors and staff. Park volunteers do Awesome entertainment. Lots of activities. 3 beautiful pickleball courts. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 11!

I was going to do 2 separate reviews but you cannot. . This is a wonderful park! It’s clean, well kept, quiet. It’s very pretty. You’re not squished too close to one another. The pool is wonderful, though closes a little too early. They always have activities going on. Free popcorn on Tuesday. They have entertainment, banana splits, dinners. Everyone is extremely nice. They even thought of a water refill machine - instead of having to buy juga of water you can pay 35 cents to refill a jug of water. And bags of ice are cheaper than the store. Saved us a bit. 1 star for WiFi- When we first arrived internet was great. It has since gone downhill and cannot not do necessary banking. WiFi is irregular.
