If I could leave 0 stars I would. I work for a company on Mystic Avenue and needed to get change for our till. I tried to enter and was immediately confronted by the front door worker on why I was there. I explained I needed change and was asked if I had an account with them. Puzzled I asked why I would need an account for change. I explained normally I go to Bank of America down the street but they were under construction. He called over another worker who i explained again, I just needed change. No coins as I know we have a coin shortage, only paper bills. I was then told again I would need an account to exchange bills. I informed them that we did not have an account with Bank of America and that again, I only needed an exchange, not a withdrawal, and that there was no net loss here. He said to me "It's just our policy." before walking off. If anyone reading this needs a sign to not bank here, this is it. This was my first impression of Century Bank and it most certainly will be my last.
