Avoid at all costs. Total scam. The only thing that should be living here is the mold they refuse to clean and the felons they refuse to kick out. If you're a decent hard working person this is not the place for you.

Lived here for two and half years. I had continuous issues with extensive mold and mildew in my unit which was in the bathroom, and in the living room coming up from the carpet and growing up the walls. Property manager fought me tooth and nail do to the bare minimum “fixes” like giving me a dirty dehumidifier to help with dampness (I had to clean out spiders and mold from the dehumidifier bucket to get it to work properly). Eventually saved enough money to leave. I got my security deposit back only after consulting a lawyer and contacting the town about mold. Steer clear of here; seriously rent anywhere else.

I just heard about Kyle (the owner) not giving another person their security deposit back for no reason just like he did to me. He said there was chipped paint on a wall and a window sill, but landlords can't withhold security for normal wear and tear. He's a weasel. Dont trust him.
