Sad to say while I was there the nursing staff had given the wrong meds on numerous occasions. They always changed the rules and staff was pretty much incompetent outside of a few.way over crowded.the head of the b.h.t.s was awesome and so wasn't there maintenance man.there operations manager didn't do the place any favors.

I was a patient at the Phoenix House back in 2001-2002 back when it was a long term treatment center. I arrived at the facility broken, scared and looking to put my life back together. I gained so many coping mechanisms and learned so much about addiction and myself in the 11 months I was there. I will never forget the people I met there and the staff that helped.me in so many ways. The Phoenix House saved my life

I always had a great experience at phoenix house, and the fact that there's a lot of history that I'm pretty sure everyone knows.. there's a old cemetery hidden in the woods. The staff are great, Lorraine the head cook is awesome 👍 and Ben .
