Pay is o.k. It's very hard to work under the Sunshine State's Sun. Its a job for people that are used to the heat, rain, cold etc.They offers benefits for employees.

Can you be a bit more specific? Inside is typical office quiet, outside in the concrete plant you've got a lot of machinery around so it gets loud often but not so loud you need hearing protection 24/7
