65 % of the employees are not helpful or nice. And the hot case the lady was very rude left sauce running down my container very sticky and when i asked for her to wipe it clean she looked like i was rude.

This is the Starbucks that made me stop going to Starbucks! Maybe 2 good employees at this location, but everyone else is just horrible. The manager is the worst and most unprofessional individual. I let it slide when I was given a broken cup that got all over me and my freshly detailed BMW. But I will not forgive the attitude I receive when I asked to have my drink remade. I don’t want a drink that’s been dripping all over someone’s hand and that looks messy. Let’s just say I went from spending $300 at Starbucks a month to $0. I even threw out my kcups and I used to send my cousins gift cards monthly, but I know send different gift cards. If anyone tries to give me Starbucks I reject it and suggest a local coffee company instead.
