I was looking for something specific. When they didn't have it in my size, instead of just saying that, they tried to sell me shoes in other sizes or colors. When I said Thanks, but not interested, the sales person seemed to develop an attitude. Surprised me.

Hello Patricia, Currently in our Wellesley location we have a shoe that is in between a ballet and loafer style in a 10.5 that generally runs medium to wide.
