My Bestie and I took a weekend Girl's Trip to Portland just to get away and go shopping at the COACH Outlet, saving the sales tax as OR has no State Sales Tax. Oh my what a wonderful experience it was! We purchased identical bags after walking and looking thoroughly at all the bags that interested us. We decided on the Pennie, and I also purchased the Kelsi wallet with red accents. Sidenote, Bestie has the same wallet different color and she loves it, hence my choice. The Supervisor Leisle is so friendly and helpful. Checkout was a bit interesting as the computer froze up and we had to move to the next register same cashier. He was getting frustrated and I told him it's fine we weren't in a hurry so relax and everything will be just fine. He appreciated me saying so and relaxed. The transaction was successful and off we went to the next store. We will definitely return on our next Girl's Getaway as we had such a lovely time in the store. No one follows you around hounding you, all Sales Associates are knowledgeable and ask pertinent questions offering good choices. This place is adorable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I went in for a purse and ended up purchasing a cute backpack too. The discounts are amazing

My girl loves her new bag,I love that I didn't have to pay retail price for it. It was a win win, kinda long line to get in, but that's the pandemic and the holiday so no complaints
