Absolutely the worst management...I've been coming too this location for 15yrs and have had problems before...but today 7/15/22 I along with 8 other cars waited for one cars order for 18min...car behind left and I sat for another 2min or so before leaving myself...ridiculous!! HAVE LONG ORDERS PULL FORWARD AND TAKE CARE OF QUICK ORDERES...like everywhere else!! You've lost my business forever!! Zero 🌟!! 🤬

Worst ever, although it says dine in on Google maps, their lobby is still closed. I'm handicap and need a cane to walk but I was told by, I guess a manage, to use the drive through. So basically, stand in the hot sun while I wait for the 6 cars to get their stuff. Hopefully don't get sun stroke and not get hit by a car . Really great customer service.

Listed as dine in and drive through online. Drive through only when we went. Not the staff's fault that there's misinformation online, but they were also too busy/shortstaffed to understand the issue. Food was okay though.

I always forget that you really shouldn't try to fit Arby's into a half hour lunch break. I spent 18 minutes in the drive thru. Hard to understand what they're doing but each car spent 3-5 minutes waiting for someone to take their order and another 5-6 minutes sitting at the pickup window. Sometimes they don't even open the window for several minutes to take payment. Then it's like they are making each person's order once they reach the window even though it's been almost twenty minutes since they ordered it. Luckily I can take a longer lunch if I want to, if you worked nearby and came here on a half hour lunch break there's no chance you'd have time to eat your food before you had to be back at work.
