Amazing service! Arrived on a friday afternoon after being locked out of my account. Walked into an empty office (without a scheduled appointment) and was called on within 3 minutes. The diligent and compassionate professional who waited on me helped me get re-connected to my account and answered all of my questions - often offering additional information to supplement my knowledge of the social security process. If you could give 10 stars - I sure would!
