⚠️⚠️PSA SINCE THEY REFUSE TO TELL YOU, I SURE WIL!!!!! ⚠️⚠️ THEY TOLD ME, to change my pin on my food stamps card WHEN I GOT HOME, and they would refund my food stamp money. I had to call every day because they wouldn’t call me back at all. THEN, Someone miscommunicated somewhere down the line and now they can’t refund me ANY of my food stamps, so I lost my ENTIRE. FIRST. MONTH. of food stamps and I’m PREGNANT!!! Now I’m trying to figure out how to put food on my table tonight because y’all couldn’t A- call me back, and correct the mistake or at least let me know of the issue when it happened so I could've prepared for this. B- failed to inform me not to change ANYTHING on the account UNTIL I got my refund.
