I've been a member for a while and love the free trainer perk every 6 weeks! They've helped me grow in a lot of ways, not just physically but also dietarily and even mentally. Equipment is usually clean and well kept and they make frequent upgrades. I pay roughly $35 a month and it's worth every cent!
