I just left this location and ordered hash browns. How difficult can that be just hash brown. Instead I included the hash browns I was served. I live far away. I wouldn't serve my dog's this. I am very disappointed that I was served this 😤😤😤

This location is hit or miss. Slow waiting times and you sometimes have to repeat yourself several times when they ask what you ordered, even after they have confirmed it the first time. With the visit today they still left out part of my order. At least the coffee was hot. Seems to be a young and less experienced staff with no leadership or managers around to oversee things. Update, downgraded from 3 to 1 star - 4/16/22: Went there over the weekend via drive thru and ordered a hot coffee. Was coffee but barely even warm, had to park and take it back in to get a hot coffee. Are there even managers at this location? Going to have to use my DD app funds at another location in another city, unfortunately.

The girls there made us feel very pushed off. Being their only customer at the time they didn't want to listen to us long enough to make sure to get the order right. They didn't take their jobs serious and made us feel uncomfortable. And the donuts were hard

I should have listened to the reviews about this one in 75th. I have nothing but problems every time I go. If it’s not morning they only have 1-2 people working that never know what they’re doing and will ask you questions they should know. Nothing is ever prepared if you order food. I waited 20 minutes for food I couldn’t even eat. I couldn’t get a picture of the nasty hasbrowns they served me because I threw them away right away. I’m so mad I just wasted over $20 here. I’ll never go here again
