The shakes were amazing. The waitress was nice but slow (even though the diner was empty). The food was cold and not anything special. I got the Philly which was dry, cold and horrible. The fries were ice cold. I would not recommend except for shakes.

Penny's is a charming diner and was staffed by friendly, helpful individuals. I needed country fried steak and it did not disappoint, especially with a tasty, peppered gravy. It will be my breakfast spot whenever I'm back up at Cave Springs Resort
