We have been here around 5 times now. Each time seeing if this time would be better than the last. Last 4 times we have asked for food that requires the grill. Every time. They said its down. This time I asked for a simple cold foam brew. They didn't have it. She suggested the brown sugar cold brew, then forgot they don't have that either. This will be the last time we do business here

I tried to get a dozen doughnuts today. I tried to go inside to get them, but the door was locked even though the sign on the door said they were open until 5:00 PM. It was around 11:00 AM. I could see employees inside, but nobody would let me in. I saw a car go through the drive thru, so I tried that. I was told I would not be allowed to pick out my dozen doughnuts. I was pretty confused. There was nobody behind me and obviously nobody inside. I asked if I could come inside and pick out my doughnuts thinking maybe it was a drive thru thing. I was told the lobby was closed. Why would anyone want a dozen doughnuts that they might not even like? This definitely wasn't a "short in employee or covid" thing. It's apparent they would rather have no business than to take a minute to help someone. Kind of ridiculous!
