Even though I pointed out the stains, they never attemped to remove them and when I picked up my order, no apologies were offered, no "re-do" and no credit (i paid nearly $20.00 for the 4 ties). i don’t use dry cleaners often. I got my suit back and made the mistake of not inspecting it on site. I realized as soon as I got home that there are multiple stains in the suit. It doesn’t appear that cleaned it at all. Extremely dissatisfied.
