Really disappointed by my recent experience at Ula. I have a service dog and twice staff rudely told me she had to leave. When I explained she was a service dog and I was ordering and then would go, they rudely repeated she wasn’t allowed and walked away. The cashier ignored me and was engaged in a prolonged conversation w a customer well after their order was placed. Needless to say I walked out as I clearly wasn’t welcome. I have been coming here since I moved to the neighborhood and this was the first time I had such a negative experience but it was quite memorable and not in keeping w ADA. I will not be back and am really disappointed in them. UPDATE: I cannot speak highly enough about the owner, Beth, of Ula. She reached out to me and she made it a point to re-train her staff about service animals being allowed in the restaurant. Beth was so kind, compassionate and responsive and I am truly grateful. I cannot wait to go back to Ula with my dog. What an incredible business-owner and member of our JP community. Changing my rating to 5 stars!

Both a great restaurant and a great spot for the community. Always wonderful service, food, and culture.

Love the sandwiches, and MEM tea is the best.

Smaller, but nice service. Went here while waiting for our Sam Adam's tour.

Indoor seating is open!

Will the winter hours (closing at 3) be permanent? If not, when will they end?

We should be introducing spring hours shortly (extending another hour in the afternoon), and then in the summer will be open even later!
