My partner was scheduled for a CPAP appointment here. He got to the building five minutes early but they wouldn't let him keep the appointment because he was trapped in their elevator when it was supposed to happen. The fire department got him out and he went straight to the receptionist but they told him he'd have to wait another two months to see anyone. Absolute rock bottom experience. Bumped my review from 1 to 2 stars because after I called and yelled at the receptionist they got my partner a same-day appointment at one of the company's other locations

Great place! Nancy was well detailed about the equipment and very knowledgeable about sleep apnea. I highly recommend working with her! My appointment went by very smoothly and she was able to answer any questions I asked.

My experience here was phenomenal! Great service the entire time. The staff made me feel comfortable & positively understood my condition. The staff improved my confidence & made me feel like this journey of Sleep Apnea does get better. I totally recommend this location!! 10 out of 10!
